How to change my keyboard layout a wee bit?

I've just recieved my MBP and I'm very happy with it but I could really do with having '\' beside 'Z' instead of beside the return key where it is at the moment. It's a UK keyboard. I've got a similar issue in windows as well (but with '\' beside '1').

Anyone know how?
