how to change safari theme from black to white

Does anyone know how to change safari theme from a black background to white when I open web pages ?

you didn't mention the version of your OS.. but if it's one that supports Dark Mode, that's the setting you want. Dark mode On = safari blank pages are black while Dark mode Off = safari blank pages are white.
