When I open apps, my status bar icons turned blue with silver tab, I wanna make it keep white icons and show black status bar, can someone help me how to do it please?

Yup this should do it. Blackout by Adam Bell, not the other blackout. I think it he other one is a winterboard theme...can't remember exactly since that's from memory. I just know there is another blackout package in Cydia.
