those are either from lockinfo/notifer/notified. these apps provide statusbar icon notification.

Programs like notifier will do that. Lockinfo should do that as well.

well you need those apps first. if you dont have any notification app, then no icons will show up. once you get these notification apps, then you might be able to go into your phone and edit the icon files.
