i got my airport express up and running following the setup instructions: making it join to existing wireless.

now i can use wireless internet and airtunes, but how do i check how its setup? like what is connected to what?
basically, i want to my macbook to connect to my other wireless router for internet, and also connect to airport express for airtunes for best connectivity results.

i do not want my macbook to connect to my router which is in another room and then that is connected to my airport express which is in my room. how do i check this?

Erm, one of us may be confused but if you set your AirPort up on your current wireless network then your Mac will connect to whichever router is closer. It doesn't matter which router it goes through because both will effectively give you access to the 'net and AirTunes at the same network speed. 🙂
