How to check Pages document in a different language?

I've searched under 'spelling' and 'language' in the Help section of Pages, but I can't find anything that says how to spell check a piece of writing written in another language.

One suggestion I came across was to set the keyboard to another language, but I don't think that's the same thing.

Any ideas on this, please?

No problem. Just out of curiosity, what language are you writing a paper in?

Paper? An academic paper? Not quite... it's for my French homework (I go to adult evening classes, and sometimes I type it out if complicated and involved.
