How to check wireless speeds

Is there a way that I can check to see if my MB is getting N speeds from my time capsule?

During a decent size transfer open up Activity Monitor and switch to the Network tab at the bottom. There's an area that shows transfer speeds for sending and receiving. That should give you a relatively good feel for the speed.
