How to clean-up "Open With" list on 10.5

Can anyone tell me how to clean-up that Open With list when I right click on a file? It's just getting bigger and bigger, and now I don't even know which version I should be clicking. 🙁

Rebuilding the LaunchServices database usually works for that (it's the first thing to try anyway). Tools like OnyX can do it, or use this tip.
