How to clear a MBP.

I am going to sell my MBP and wish to clear the hard drive/any memory back to when it was new. How do I do this? Thanks in advance.

Boot from your install disc and reformat the internal hard drive a few times.

1x is good enough, but if you'd like to go overboard more than 1x is fine to. Disk Utility can also do it.
