How to clear Open With in ML

How do you clear Open With in ML?

I have tried clearing com.apple.launchservices.plist, but it doesn't clear my cluttered open with list.

Type the command below in Terminal:

/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchServices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user
