How to configure 20 GB RAM?

I have a 2006-2007 mac pro, how do I arrange the ram for best performance?

I have
(2) 4gb chips
(6) 2gb chips

how do I arrange this? thanks so much

Always with largest modules furthest in (still pairwise)

So like 5A here but instead of 1GB u put 4GB , and instead of 512mb u put 2gb
