iPad Pro How to connect iPad Pro 2018 to Mid 2014 MacBook Pro

Hello All,

As it states in the title I am trying to find the correct adapter that would allow me to sync the new iPad Pro to my MacBook (Mid 2014 Retina). Would I just use a thunderbolt 3-2 adapter? Or is there a USB A->C solution? Thanks in advance.

Presume that would work.

I don't believe thunderbolt will work because the iPad Pro isn't a TB3 port, it's only USB-C. So you'll need to get a USB-C to USB-A cable to connect to your 2014 Macbook Pro.
