How to connect o an iMac iSight from a Windows PC

Ok, I'm probably making this harder than I should. My wife has an iMac at home and when I travel I'm on my PC. What software would I use to be able to chat with her and see her from my PC?

Skype works very well also, and seems to have fewer port-related issues.
