How to connect to Ipad remotly?

We want to connect to ipad remotly please suggest.
Just to clear i want to connect from windows/Mac PC(viewer/controller) to Ipad remotly.

I was able to send documents to the iPad from my Macbook Pro over WIFI using Goodreader built in function, documented on here:

Hope that helps a little. I'm sure there are other ways that people here will add.

Do you want to screen share your iPad - basically run a VNC server on it?

No way of doing that without jailbreaking.

I think the only way you would be able to do that would be to Jailbreak and install VNC Server onto your iPad (assuming one is available - I personally haven't jailbroken my iPad).
If you've updated to 4.2.1, then the only Jailbreak available at the moment is a tethered one
