iPod touch How to copy entire iTunes library to iPod Touch

Is there an easy way to copy your entire iTunes library to your iPod touch? Apple replaced my 128gb iPod touch (6th Gen) which had all of my songs on it. I have over 10,000 songs and iCloud Music Library is turned on. The only way I see to do it is to download each sone one by one which is how I did it before... I am probably missing the obvious, simple solution. I want to also download my Apple Music songs also.

Can't you just sync them all from iTunes?

I did it by syncing to iTunes.

Not with iCloud Music Library turned on. The only way I see to do it is to download each song/album on the iPod touch. This includes the songs I own and Apple Music.
