How to copy settings from rMBP to iMac?

Happy rMBP user here who has just ordered a shiny new iMac to use in the office 🙂

Is there some clever way I can connect one to the other to set up all my preferences/accounts (email, Dropbox, calendar etc.) on the new machine please? What's the most efficient approach to this?

Setting-up a new Mac from an old one, its Backups, or a PC​
