How to create a fixed-sized window in GoLive CS2

When a user clicks on a text link, I want a fixed-sized popup window to show up--without the browser scrollbars, navigational buttons, etc. How do I this? Thanks for the help.

you would use javascript popup to do this. doesn't really have anything to do with Go-Live
