How to create a hidden partition

I want to create a hidden partition on my macbook, and put a clone of my Macintosh HD on that partition.

How can I do a hidden partition on Leopard??
Is there an app for doing hidden partitions?

Yes, there is a fairly simple way to do it in terminal and I believe I've seen the instructions either here or in the apple support forums.
