How to create multi backup on itune pc with organize name ????

anyone know how to create multi backup on pc ?

like my ipad
my kid ipad
my wife ipad

each saparate icloud acc but backup in 1 pc

so when i need restore i would like to point or click on name the one i create

currently i dont see that option in restore
only showing the date

it hard to identify which one
