macOS How to create only menu based application?

I've little experience in create window based Mac apps using Objective C, Cocoa and XCode.
But what should I do to just have my app that shows icon in the menu bar. On ctrl+click only it has to show a drop down menu.

Can some one guide me on how to start up this project in XCode?

Pulll-up menu, as in early days. Giving gifts - concurrently.
