How to Customize Black Login Screen after Sleep

I have searched google, and on these forums, for a way to change the black background that appears after you wake your computer from sleep mode. Any ideas or a link to where I might find a solution.

I definitely can't be the only person who would like to add a decent picture instead of a plane black screen.

It's probably not a matter of wanting to do it, it's a matter of being able to do it.
