How to customize sounds on JB ipad

Just JB my iPad and saw a video on youtube of someone sliding the unlock and a voice said "Access granted"
Anyone tell me how this is done??

the uisounds go -> /System/Library/Audio/UISounds
convert your mp3/wav to aiff
rename to the sound you´re replacing

easiest method is ssh replace

here´s an example (Arnold - Terminator)
