How to customize the 'About this Mac' Mojave image?

The question's in the title. I know I've read somewhere on a forum here that's it's possible to change that 'Mojave' image within the pane. Would any bright person here know exactly how?

The reason being is just for personalization, as I find that image of Mojave rather uninteresting.

I like to dabble with customization and found a little utility called "ThemeEngine".
Makes the job pretty easy, just drag-n-drop the selected png file to create a new assets.car file.
Creates files for both normal and dark modes.
