Well they did it again. Last Sunday it was a super loud firework that rivaled one from a professional show. Car alarms went off, I saw a few neighbors outside trying to ascertain what the sound was.

Tonight, on Christmas night, they set off another one!!!

I think the next time I hear one I'm going to call the police and tell them I heard what sounded like an explosion coming from my neighbors house and I want someone to go make sure they are ok.

Maybe an innocent visit from the cops will scare them away from doing this in the future.

Take up a hobby that is done outdoors and smells really really bad.

Skunk. Sniping. Nuff' said.

And yes, next time the fireworks go off, please do call the police. By doing this they are certainly not keeping any peace, and deserve to be reprimanded/arrested depending upon laws in your area. Now where's my mountain? ;)

Since they have cigarette butts everywhere, you could light a cigarette, and place it conveniently near their house on top of a pile of combustible garbage, and hope for the best... :p

This is my 400th post. What a great celebration: suggesting arson... hahaha

Thankfully none of my neighbors smoke. That would be a major problem for me. I would sell my house if I had scumbag neighbors like that and move to the middle of nowhere if need be...

This one is easy

First NEVER EVER confront a neighbor, do everything "under the radar" so to speak.
You can bet on New Years they will be shooting off fireworks, then tell the police you want an unmarked car across the street from them ( BECAUSE THEY SHOOT OFF GUNS EVERY YEAR ) can't help if you can't tell the difference between gun sounds and fireworks, right - BA BAM nailed them.

If not DO CALL THE POLICE every time they make noise, soon the city will start fining them for police calls.

I had a rental neighbor bring home a 500 gallon fuel truck every night in a nice HOA neighborhood like it was his own personal construction yard. HOA did nothing, so I called homeland security and told them I thought the truck was shady and dangerous in a neighborhood. I t was gone the next day.

Another pig on the other side had HUNDREDS of piles of dog doo doo, the never cleaned it up. The flies that came into my yard would darn near cause an eclipse of the sun. I took photo sent them to the city, it was cleaned up that week.

People that rent have no respect for their surroundings. Our block has only had problems from renters never an owner.

Oh that's because parking a tanker truck in the driveway isn't a violation of the deed restriction. Oh, but they'll be all over you like flies on a manure truck if you don't mow your lawn for 3 weeks...

Oink-oink, good neighbor. It's not my fault my lawn is covered in doggie doo doo. I don't even own a dog. It's those SOB's letting their dogs us my yard as a pit stop.

Well, I complained to the HOA and what do they do? Put a single line in the yearly news fliers to remind folks to pick up the doggie's deposits. But let the city's tree branch touch your roof, well, they'll threaten a lien on your property unless it's trimmed back.

Way to lump everyone into the same group  . I've never had problems with renters. -Owner/Landlord and renter
