I have 42GB memory that is backup on time machine or something... which I want to delete it to make room. (Running on SSD plus I have an external that I use for time machine) How do I find that memory and delete it?

After that, I'm running bootcamp and would like to add 20 more GB of memory onto Windows7. Is it possible to add more memory to the partition part? '

After Googling and searching the forum for answers...
I have found out that I need to go to "Terminal" and type in "sudo tmutil disablelocal" in order to clear the memory. I have done that and enable my root user in the terminal... the terminal says it has completed the task but... the memory/storage is still saying that 42GB is still using by storage.

Someone... TELL ME HOW TO DELETE THIS!
I'm getting a bit frustrated because I've been trying to delete this useless 42GB of backup memory for the past 3 hours.
