How to Delete Desktop Printer?

This is pretty random, but I completely forgot how to delete a Desktop Printer in Mac OS 9?

I drag it to the trash and it just reappears after an alert saying I must always have a desktop printer - but obviously one doesn't have a Desktop Printer unless they pick one.
