I have no idea why but if I delete the conversation and then text the same number, it still shows all previous messages from the beginning. Both iPhone and Macbook pro keep all phone numbers and text messages completely which is impossible to delete messages that I deleted completely.

I want to delete all phone numbers and text messages completely that I'm not able to recover old text messages and phone numbers.

You are still asking about this?
You still have an existing thread about the exact same problem - with potential fixes. I can maybe add another step.
Delete the message thread (the conversation)
Connect your iPhone to iTunes, and do a manual sync. The sync is probably your important step.

Your older thread says that you also keep messages on your Mac. Delete those too, before you sync your iPhone through iTunes.
If those are your only messaging devices, then the process (delete messages on your devices, then re-sync your iPhone through iTunes) should … should prevent you from seeing those messages ever again.

Not working. It still showing all text messages from both iPhone and macbook pro. Phone numbers that I've been chatted with also still remain.

Phone numbers remain as part of recent contacts, which isn't unusual. Conversations shouldn't remain or come back if they are actually deleted.

Phone numbers shouldn't remain in the search tab. If not, how come those spam numbers are still remain still? Messages never ever be deleted which is very annoying.

They are called recent contacts. There are ways to delete them. The messages themselves remaining or coming back seem to be the bigger and stranger issue though.

I don't think so. I just contacted Apple about this issue and the guy believes that it is unusual occasion that he needs to contact developers and engineer about this issue. I just need to wait till next Wed to get respond about this.
