How to delete music from the phone (it just reappears)

Is there any way to delete music (single tracks and complete albums), synced from CDs in Itunes, without it reappearing all the time, when the phone is near the PC?

Or do I have to open Itunes and identify all the music I want to delete, and remove it from Itunes, to avoid it being resynced back to the phone?

You can either remove it from iTunes or simply remove it from the selection to be synced.
