how to delete parallel desktop applications completely?

i already deleted parallel desktop applications but it still happens like this.... does anyone know how to fix this problems?

Download Onyx or launch it if you already have it, then clear Launch Services, it will reset all links!!!!

See screenshot.

You can do it manually by deleting a file but this is the easiest way.
