How to delete voice memos under >devices

I have 3 voice memos that aren't on my phone but appear under devices > voice memos. How do I delete these????!!?
 
Goto the voice memo app on the iphone, press the bottom right hand button (three lines in a cricle) and then swipe on the listed voice memos to delete them.

I said they aren't there anymore, I previously deleted them
