When you look at EXIF data, it will give a number like 4.2mm focal length for example. How do you determine the actual focal length? Like I am trying to find the 35mm equivalent. If the wide is 26mm and the telephoto is 77mm, Im guessing around 1.5x using the the zoom dial?

26mm and 77mm already are the 35mm equivalent (and 16mm for the ultra wide lens). The factory to multiply or divide depends on the sensor size and afaik it's slightly different for all the three lenses

I mean I want to know what 35mm focal length is. Im assuming its a few zoom clicks past 1x (the 26mm lens) So like 1x5 or so?

Ok, figured it out thanks to the more detailed EXIF data on my new 13 Pro. most popular focal lengths are as follows...

0.9x=24mm
1.3x=35-36mm
2x=50-52mm

3 cameras is such an odd number. Would love to see a 4th lens, a zoom. Something like a 5x, which would be around the 127-135mm range. So you would have 13-26-77-127, would be awesome.

Oh, the “3x” has no meaning. It was only used in consumer cameras with a zoom lens to make easier to understand zoom range. Like if it was 25 to 75mm it was said 3x. But also a 50mm to 150mm is a 3x. So the 3x tells you nothing.

Right. Thats why I wanted to know what it meant in terms of actual focal length in mm. I was looking to find the 24mm, 35mm and 50mm equivalents, which is what I finally found and listed in my last post.

The 35mm film equivalent of the three 13 Pro lenses is 16mm for the 0,5x ultra wide, 26mm for 1x wide, and 77mm for the 3x tele
