No. There is still no Java runtime. You cannot use Java on the iPhone. There are no workarounds. It's that simple.

I have no idea what that it but it looks nothing like an iPhone app. My advise: do it properly in Objective-C and native UI or don't do it at all.

If you are asking this question, then you probably shouldn't be developing for the iPhone.

Yes... if you write or port your own JVM and j2me runtime, which is an advanced project requiring a deep knowledge of both Java and C/ObjC/UIKit, and probably require many many man months to get working well. The new App store rules would allow you to include this interpreter and runtime embedded inside an app.

But this might take you over 10 times longer than learning ObjC and UIKit.
