General How To Disable Lock Button?

Hi gang. Just upgraded to iOS 8.1 and need to disable the lock button on my iPad Mini. I used to use PowerDown Enhancer to do this, but it is no longer compatible.

Any suggestions on what app to use to render the lock/sleep button useless? Thanks!

Very strange. It is definitely not there on mine.

IgotYa disables power off when the phone is locked.
It also takes a pic using the front facing camera of the person along with the phones location and emails it to your inbox.
