How to disable lock during sleep of watch?

How to disable lock during sleep of watch, so that I don’t have to press and hold crown to unlock at night, and yet track sleep using the watch.

On your phone go to Settings-Focus- Sleep

From there in the customize screen section choose options then toggle off Sleep Screen
