Hi there everybody!

I would like number pages on a document to start where the actual text starts and not before, which means no page numbers on any where there is TOC text (my TOCs tend to be several pages long).

Is there a way to do that? Ive been looking all over the Inspector options and google but cant seem to find the answer…

Hope someone can help, cheers!

It's a bit clunky but you can create the pages you want for tables of contents, then on the next page in Document > Section, choose to create a new section > starting with this page/after this section.

You can then add the page numbers into the new section and delete them from the section containing your contents. You can also choose to start the page numbers from 1 in the new section.

You can kind of see it in my screenshot, where there is no page number on the first page and the second page has a page number of 1.
