Resolved How to disable split screen mode

hello everyone how can I disable split screenon iPad Air 2 ? Every time on messenger Facebook the spilt screen opens and I accidentally open the AppStore app and even Youtube in split screen mode in Facebook messenger I had close the apps before they even how can I disable it ?

Go to Settings>General>Multitasking>Allow Multiple Apps

Toggle that switch off and you can't swipe for split-screen anymore.

I think the apps will remember if you used split screen in the past, by swiping over from right to left to trigger it. You can basically just move the divider back to the right screen border to stop. Or, as mentioned above, disable it completely. It is however better to know how to work a feature than to disable it. Best success!
