How to disable the 'Help' key?

Anyone know how I can disable the help key (or at least prevent it from spawning the Help Viewer?) I am about to rip it off the keyboard and throw it across the room.

Are you bumping the help key when you want the backspace/delete key?
I created some lo-tech help key covers out of file folder cardboard. They are the same size as the key but sit a little higher than the key. Kinda like computer origami.

Remapping keys - disable insert

also annoyed by help key-too close to bksp. Used the tip from lancestraz - downloaded Ukelele, remapped us roman and the key is disabled. 🙂
