Hi guys,

I have an iPhone 7 with OS 10.3.1 and two questions (I could not find any options in the settings):

Is it possible to disable the volume popup icon when the volume buttons are pressed?
And the double tap on the fingerprint sensor, which lowers the screen (unwanted feature for me)?

Thanks for any help.

Thank you very much for the quick reply, now I found the option.
1. is very annoying actually, that darn popup is big and right in the center of the screen...

That can only be done on a jailbroaken device with different Cydia tweaks.

The volume in the middle of the screen is just arrogance at this point. Before iOS 7 it was tolerable, but since they blurred the entire background with iOS 7 onward so it's virtually opaque, it's been one of the top UI complaints/pet peeves from many people, with lots of feedback and bugs raised about it over the last 3+ years...

Really hope they can do a non-intrusive volume adjustment bar somewhere, like the YouTube app did.

That huge popup has enraged many customers. Unfortunately though Apple still don't want to change it.

Only jailbroken devices can change that. For instance what I have on my SE (tweak name: StatusVol X )
