how to downgrade jailbroken 3g 4.0.2 to lower firmware?

how do I downgrade my 3g to something less then 4.0.2 firmware? How do u lunlock the iphone 3g

You're good.
Once you JB you can unlock it with ultrasnow.
Just make sure not to update or restore to official 4.1 firmware.
 
I have just finished JB it no how do you downgrade to 3.1.3 and then how do you unlock it. I am a newbie at this. thanks for your help
 
You're JB right now on what firmware? 4.0.2?
You dont have to downgrade if you dont want.
Just open up cydia and install ultrasnow to unlock it.
 
yes jailbroke on 4.0.2. the only reason I was considering downgradeing is 4.0.2 is very slow. Do I dL ultrasnow on the phone of on my pc?
