How to downgrade OS 3.1 to 3.0.1 (non jailbreak)

As titled, how are you suppose to do it?

I searched online, and this forum, but seems it's for jailbreaking users?
I want to get 3.0.1 back in order for me to use Microsoft Exchange for my firm.
