how to download latest itunes for windows

Hi

how to download the latest itunes for windows 10 x64 directly from Apple site/any trusted site but NOT from Microsoft store? I can download older versions from Apple site but not the latest. I just don't want to install it from Microsoft store.

i seriously doubt MS store. I always download older version from apple site and then update it to the latest within itunes.

But For the first time i did it from MS store today. This itunes says my phone needs to be updated to 12.1.2 but my phone already has the latest uptodate.

That is a valid update for your iPhone. Apple provided a minor update for the 12.1.2 version, but did not update the version number. Your iPhone does not report that there is an update available, but if you connect to iTunes, that will report a 12.1.2 update. You can safely let that update install, if you want to do that. Just be aware that iTunes will report that as an update. It's not related to where you got the download for iTunes!
