hello,

i have a document in PDF format and i need to edit it. what software do i need in order to be able to do this?

i have adobe acrobat pro but i cant seem to do anything much but add text etc, i need to edit out a logo and basically make this document generic with all logos gone and contact info that is on the bottom of the doc.

any ideas?

Adobe Illustrator. Provided you have the fonts installed on your system, and the creator of the PDF made an Illustrator-compatible file, you should be able to do this.

Acrobat Pro should still allow you to delete objects like logos, however. Play around with the select tool. - I guess, I don't know Acrobat too well.

Acrobat Professional ships with a product called Adobe Designer. You can open a pdf file with Designer and edit out the objects you don't like.

I actually work for Adobe.
