How to edit iPhone and iPad battery widget

How can I get my iPhone to show up on iPad battery widget, and vice versa? How do you name them? Both have Bluetooth enabled. BTW, iPad Bluetooth shows iPhone in the list, and also shows something called MISC. Whatever that is. iPhone shows iPad in the list.
I just want them to show up IN the widget circles, and name them.

The fact that this is an option makes me think theres gotta be a way. My phone shows my watch and AirPods so why shouldn’t my iPad be able to do the same?
