my partner had a laptop put in for a keyboard repair, the laptop was completely coated in stickers from pokemon and it had sentimental value. when it was returned all the casing had been replaced and she was really upset. does any one know how to email apple to ask for some kind of explanation. and to top it off when in the Sheffield store and asked to speak to the manager we was greeted with a nice abrupt "no he is busy, anything else? " so i would very much like to tell apple about it.
