iOS How to enable/disable emoji (in iPhone) programatically?

Hi,

Please help me how can I enable/disable emoji?

Some where I found it can be done by setting a flag KeyboardEmojiEverywhere = TRUE in /User/Library/Preferences/com.apple.Preferences.plist file. But I dont know How to edit this file?

I tried to access this file but could not get success.

Please help.

Hello, I want to up grade my current emoji keyboard on my iPhone 4 to an animated version, I think to do this I have to disable my current version but when I go into settings it dosn't let me do this. So when you find out the answer to your question please let me know also.  thank you
