How would you enable Firmware password on Mac Lion?

Hold down option on boot and boot into the restore mode. It's in there in one of the menus. (don't remember exactly)

I actually extracted the utility and put it on a mappable server at work to make it easier to mass-set all the lab workstations. 🙂

Boot into the recovery partition , command-R at startup and set it.
