How to enable junk/spam in iOS mail app?

How can I enable the junk/spam folder in the iPhone mail app?

My junk mail in the app is grey while other options are black. It will not allow me to add junk/spam email to the junk folder. Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

It is just a folder that I place emails from Norton that I have on my laptop. I do not use Norton Antivirus on my iPhone.

Does anybody have any ideas how to delete one of the junk mail folders and turn the other one black so that I can place spam mail into it? I use yahoo mail.
