How to enable SSL for incoming mail server?

How do I enable SSL for the incoming mail server in Mail? I found the option for the outgoing, but not the incoming...

Preferences > Accounts > Select the right account

At the bottom there should be a button saying Server Settings. It is located there.

That screen only has options for outgoing SSL. I need incoming SSL.
