Stupid question, why can't I go directly into the app by clicking the notification from the drop down menu (notification center)? Is this a glitch with my device? It happened on a previous iPhone 7 Plus too.
It works for some app and others I need to use Force Touch -> Tap on Header -> Enter App.
It's a huge pain in the ass in terms of convenience.
