My 16gb iPhone is dead. It worked fine, but the LCD was I tried replacing it but in the process, broke the infamous "Ribbon 3" connector.

Anyway, now I want to sell it for parts because it looks like i could fetch around $100-200 for this still. But I want to wipe the hard drive first so somebody doesn't boot it and get all my personal info.

    How could this be done?

    Where bunnies are welcome.
Unless you were to pay a company with this expertise, it can't be done.
